• clincher
• rim brakes (I have a new set of pads)
• aluminium, but with a special oxidation treatment on the braking surface (that’s the particularity of those wheels)
• carbon hubs with ceramic bearings (fun fact: it’s a campy hub rebranded)
• Weight - 1506g
• compatible with Shimano (I believe HG – I have the 11spd Ultegra on it) cassettes. There is some discolouring of the oxidation on the braking surface, but functionally they are perfect.
I love those wheels, especially in the Winter. However, now that I have a disc brake bike for the Winter 😏, I can’t justify keeping one more wheelset around.
RRP was around £1050. I am looking for £550, as they were used for 2-3 years.
It’s this wheelset here: https://bike.co.uk/products/fulcrum-racing-zero-nite-wheelset

Has anyone ever ordered from Ninth Phase? I made an order for a tamper 10 days ago, but they never even acknowledged the order. I have tried to reach out to them by email and instagram DMs a week ago, but no answer. The most recent reviews on Etsy are by customers with the same experience (never received the items, Casey never answered to their messages). I am actually worried about what happened to the business owners 🤷🏻♂️

I don't know the exact reasons, but I suspect the lack of feedback is intentional during liquidation processes.
I have got only one phone call from Andrew in November right after they went into liquidation (most likely because I was in a list of people who had put deposit for the academy.)
After that, no contact with Andrew or anyone. I tried to reach out to them on email and IG, but no replies. -

I am going to wait and see if Andrew replies. I still want to learn framebuilding, and that looked like a good school :/ I met Jack from TBA in the past and I was really excited about joining them for a week.
In fact the original intention of this post was to find out more information about the timeline of the new workshop, since I have already taken a week off work in March to accomodate for TBA :(

I had booked a class at TBA for March 2023, but as you all may know, TBA went into liquidation last November.
From the Radavist article about the TBA closure, it looks like the founder of TBA Andrew will start a new project in 2023, called One Tube At A Time.
Does anyone have more details about it? I tried to message their IG account (https://www.instagram.com/onetubeatatime/) a few weeks ago to hear more about it, but I haven't got a reply. The most important thing I want to understand is whether my booking for March will still carry on at the new workshop or not. -

Yeah, sure, but the assumption of my post is that I don't have problems with the waterproof/breathability tradeoff in technical garment. I am very happy with my Castelli Perfetto, for example. I just wish there was something similar, but more fashionable.
I do change my base layer when I arrive, that's what I do now.
Still available. Collection is now from E17.
