Possibly rear wheel is Sapim Race not Laser spokes. Wheels have been used outdoors with brakes — Koolstop Salmon blocks as recommended by IRD for these niobium-alloy rims — but wear is negligible except to the decals. Asymmetric rear rim gives almost perfect L/R spoke balance. All-up weight of wheel with tyre, cog, lockring, and tracknuts fitted is 1220 g.

There is a lot of scope to get it wrong when opening the rear out by 10 mm. But I bet it's 126 mm or 130 mm.
