Hiya!
Selling this bike on behalf of my friend. It's a well used (and well serviced) steel tourer that he's used as a commuter for many years. Incredibly solid, reliable, and could be built up many which ways.
Frame: Eastway ST 1.0 2014 size L. Reynolds 520.
Groupset : largely SRAM Apex, with Tiagra Chainset
Wheelset : shimano rear, eastway stock front.Brakes are canti, and there's clearance for larger tyres.
He'd like £300 for it.

- geared

Let me know!

Agreed, that is a weird one. I went on a similar hunt a couple of years ago, and ended up just getting a aluminium one.
you can get some real nice ti ones from aliexpress, if it's the styling you want. These ones are about £50 delivered.

Hiya!
Please help me clear out this stuff. It’s rapidly encroaching on my life. Almost all of its from an old tourer, so a little beat up, but everything works perfectly.
Let me know if I’m well off with the prices!

Salsa bell lap wiggly flared drop handlebars. 31.8 clamp, 460 wide. £25
2 x 10 bar end shifter, shimano. Left is friction so reckon they’d work on a 3x10 set up. £40
SRAM drop brakes. Small tear on left hood, but essentially new £20
Surly rigid disk / canti fork. A-c 425, steerer 195, 1 1/8. I ran this with 700x 38 tyres, but probably better on a 26r. £40
The sweetest bars. I challenge you to find a sweeter set of bars. Rattlecanned black, lots of sweep, 50mm rise, 600 wide, 25.4 £20
Kona stem 25.4. 110, bolts a bit rusty so £5
Compact drop bars 420, 25.4. Think one drop might be a bit bent so £5
I’m based in bow atm, but work in Whitechapel during the week. I can post the smaller stuff!

Oh hello everyone!
We’re back in bizness. I’ve ended up taking a week out in order to build a structurally sound and robust frame. With sparkles. And the ability to do wheelies as well (maybe).
Had to re clean everything up with some nail polish remover, and sand it all down again as it was 11/10 rusty.
All prepped and ready to go:
All tucked in for the night (with bonus epoxied trainer):

Not really :(
It had a white stem (no-name brand) and stock parts. I was gradually changing it out to SLX, and it had an SLX rear derailleur and brakeset. The previous owner had drilled holes through the cargo bed, which is probably its most distinctive feature. The saddle was also a really, really natty flite.
The Ursus Jumbo kickstand was also bent and didn't really work, but you'd have to get up close to notice that.
It was also covered in flour because of work, but I imagine the criminal mastermind will wash that off. I was meaning to.

Hey everone-
Sorry for the sheer lack of updates on this - and the fact that I just disappeared.
I ended up buying a boat, which took all of the fixing skills and time I had to do up. The carbon madness has ended up taking a back seat for a while and is sitting in a shed gathering dust - but I will get back on it when I have more time and access to it!
On the plus side, the joints I have made have hardened up a treat through the curing environment of summertime shed, so I’m 80% certain this will work and 158% certain it’ll be 11/10 dope.

Hi everyone -
I had my black omnium cargo (full size) nicked from around London fields last night. The 10/10 tots went through two very solid chains and padlocks to get it.
I use the bike for work, so this is a bit of a disaster my end. Please let me know if you see it - picture with bread attached.
Thanks,
Miles
