Hi I'm Miles and need a new stem.

I impulse bought tickets to Albanian mountains for March next year, and my touring bike has always been slightly too small for me - hoping for a longer and more positive stem for a longer and more positive experience.

Does anyone have anything knocking about? I have 1" threaded forks but thinking of getting an adaptor.
