Sorry, why are you so interested in this and spending so much time on it? More important, why are you spending money to get involved? Do you have some kind of financial interest in what’s going on?
I have absolutely no financial interest or connection with either them, or network rail. They are misleading people into giving them money.
I just got pissed off when they called me a liar. All I did was accurately quote their legal Title. The title which they supplied the Web link to.

I spend way too much time on this forum and generally agree with the anti police, big corporation stance over miss use of powers.
I nearly posted In the news thread, but didn't want to swamp it
The owners of Station House are using their channel in their favour by thanking all the positive comments and deleting or ignoring lots that doesn't agree.

Before I realised they were complete grifters. Someone promoted them to get HSE involved for no barriers around the work site
I asked if it was going to cause more harm than good. And my posts have disappeared
Scenario 1. Ian asks contractors where's the required barriers. After a short delay barriers go up and work continues.Small victory.Scenario 2. Ian contacts HSE. Executive shut down work until barriers are up. Staff get in shit and build a large safety fence along the platform out of spite.
Now I see there used to be a fence across, seperating them from an active railway.
But it's been removed by them in the past year -

What do I need to post in the comments to start asking questions about where the posts from the person who bought a copy of the deeds went to make it look legit?
"where did the posts go from that guy who bought a copy of your deeds go? Did you delete them? If so why?"
@Chaley
Easily verifiable facts are the station furniture and fence have disappeared within the last year. Why is the platform gate next to your chicken hut? -
What about a counter/debunking YouTube channel? Think Francis Bourgeois X Serieal S1.
They only have 6k subscribers, but I think with Amey's help you could make this go viral.
Hopefully. I'm all for the little people not being picked on, but they are claiming their land is being stolen, whilst turning a platform into their front garden and getting a remote station closed.
Thinking:- Geoff Marshall, Paul Whitewick but hadn't thought of Francis

Basically!
In 2023 all the small stations on the line were getting upgraded. But NR were kicked off the land and the station ended up being temporarily closed.
Which is funny as fuck when they use(d) the train to go shopping.Cue them standing on the track infront of a train to make it stop and subsequently being arrested
Now they are still being obstructive and saying they are the victims

They own a plot of land and buildings which is registered on Register of Scotland website as Title CTH7726
That plot sits within the old station grounds and occupies most but not all of the land.
It doesn't include the platform, as the North West face of their home and where the fences and gate used to be are the boundary.
It doesn't include the cattle grid. As the corner is cut off and the cattle grid and pedestrian access is owned by CTH3449
It doesn't include all the land extending Northeast to the old fence line, as that is probably still retained by NR for access to the station.

Their latest walk around the station, after the first part of the access work, installing a new footpath definitely shows all isn't as it seems
https://youtu.be/FHHpxYS3gv0?si=BXyOHlfBmz6eQzK3
Compared to a video from Sept 2023, most of the platform furniture has vanished (bike rack, signs platform fence and gate) and a locked gate has appeared on the pedestrian access

Someone posted" I can't believe there's no fence seperating the house and platform"

Edit for anyone new.
1969- Disused station house is sold back to estate owner.
1969-2019 estate is broken up eventually leaving station house on its own.2019- 2021. first owners make a mess and someone dies in an accident.
2021- Ian Appleby buys Station House and falls out with previous owners.
2022- Takes previous owners to court and looses.
Convince themselves they own all the station and 5 miles of in use railway track2023-Deny access for station maintenance and get arrested. End up getting the station closed. A station which they use(d).
2024- They stand on the line and force a train to stop. Get arrested.
Obstruct EE from installing a new cell tower. Tower gets installed by helicopter.
EE start court proceedings in The Court of Session.Network Rail turn up with British Transport Police to do maintenance and repair on the station. Release YouTube video. Become infamous.
We're being victimised by corporate bullies, support our gofundme. Stop noticing we are stealing the station and all the shit we're up to.
Just incase anyone thinks I'm wrong and wants to support them

If the two inlet pipes are tightened in the photo, there's a difference in the threads showing under the compression nuts. The left middle union looks like the inline coupler below it, whilst the bottom union has almost no threads showing.
As Sumo questions, does the bottom one have an olive? If so, have you over tightened it and crushed the copper pipe.

But the cylinder is a Tigris Premier 3 that does not oozes confidence...
The Tigris Premier3 range of cylinders is tested to BS EN 1303 grade 6 in both durability and security, which is the highest grade within this standard
Sounds pretty good to me. Although if you actually look at the criteria for getting the grade 6, it's a fairly low achievement. Virtually all 6 pin cylinders available could meet this.
TS007 3*, Sold Secure Diamond accredited are much higher standards.
Lots of the restricted keyway options with a unique key card/registered owner system are geared towards preventing your nanny, maid, guest, staff from copying their key without your consent. Then robbing you a at some point in the future.
Dimpled keys aren't invincible, as the reduced pin height available often comprises the pick resistance... see Ultion Vs Lock Picking Lawyer.
Avocet Attack or ABS are decent and not too costly. Yes you can probably get "better" but they can all be defeated relatively easily with the correct tools!

Stupid decision by National highways to stop closing Lane 1 of the Smart motorways when vehicles need to rejoin the motorway.
https://youtu.be/xPvU5XMAgTM?si=MRdS_XyWguA6sk9k
The stupid thing is, it can't be anymore work to post a red X as opposed to an arrow. The implications for traffic flow should be no different, except for the one inattentive dick that's going to kill you!
Sceptical me is thinking this started when the Crowdstrike outage wouldn't let them set the X. Is it still fucked and a policy change is hiding the fact that smart motorways are absolutely Dumb

My plan is to order triple-glazed Veluxes with solar control glass (you can get it on special order I think) then fit external solar shutters when we can afford them.
If your Velux are top pivoting, with a handle at the bottom, the support springs may be insufficient to hold up another pane.
If newish centre pivoting, with 24mm thick double glazed units, you could just order a tripple unit to your spec from a glazier. Would probably be a chunk cheaper than special order from Velux.

With the washing machine hose being decades old and doubling back on itself. Plus the hot water pipework looking like a dogs dinner, why not redo both hot and cold from just below the cabinet?
Hot:- push fit coupler, pipe, isolation valve, pipe, union nut onto tap tail.
Likewise on the cold but an additional T for washing machine valve pointing left to give a less stressed route for a new hose

Not quite the correct time line there.
I saw the video of them getting harassment from BTP and they didn't seem to fully understand the map which they showed the officers. "I'm not quite sure what's going with this triangle" meaning the area around the entrance to the station.
I had a look at their Title online and it definitely looks like they hadn't got a clue. Mentioned to them that it was probably a shared driveway and was told I'm not a solicitor so can't judge anything.
I payed the £3 to get a copy of the title and that confirms the online plan is correct. Posted again and got told "stop spreading false information."
They setup a gofundme and start deleting comments/blocking people. Changing from being clueless to grifters.
I created a post here
