5'7, inseam unsure to be honest. I know my saddle height/setback to the mm (72cm, 58mm setback to saddle tip based on a 280mm saddle - or 198mm to saddle centre point), it's the reach I struggle with on frames. I invariably end up with an 80/90m stem. I have an 80mm stem slammed on a ribble 7005 with a 53cm TT and it feels good.

Indeed, low I like, long my body doesn't agree with unfortunately. I usually end up going a frame size down as a result but even the small Pre Cursas are relatively long for their 'size'. May as well go for the 50 on balance, it's slightly lighter, I'm definitely not going to run out of adjustment in any direction and I'm going to need a short stem whichever size I go for so may as well go for the smallest I can get away with.

Miche hubs are the dogs danglies, they do a small flange version of their track hubs, if you contact Malcolm of http://thecycleclinic.co.uk/ (https://www.lfgss.com/profiles/109351/), I think he can get miche hubs in custom drillings.

Is anyone with a 52cm Pre Cursa able to do me some as accurate as possible reach / stack measurements? Mostly bothered about the reach.
Easiest way to do it is back wheel against the wall, measure wall > centre of BB, measure wall > centre of head tube, subtract one from the other. Same for stack but vertically using the floor as zero point.

- Planet X Merino socks, flanders livery of course.
- Gabba! Not cheap but good.
- Topeak 'drybag' phone holder, not pretty but very handy for when you need to use google maps in the rain.
- £13 Alpkit 'tapered' drybag, cable tie it to seat post as a makeshift seat pack for very occasional light touring / long rides - was handy on the dynamo to have an extra layer and some warmers.
- £20 Foakley jawbreakers, look the business and I don't have to worry if they fall off and I run them over.
- Planet X Merino socks, flanders livery of course.

Anyone actually got one, what do you think of it? There doesn't seem to be a great deal online about them.
I'm sure opinion will be divided but personally I think it looks brilliant and £300 for a frameset isn't going to break the bank. The only real downer is the lack of proper seat post, it's not a deal beaker just slightly impractical in the wider scheme of things.

Interestingly I emailed Dolan re: the FXE frame and the Omnium crankset and got the following response:
"Hello Alex,
The SRAM Omnium crankset should work on the FXE without any problems.
Best Regards
Jamie"
Unfortunately the FXE starts at a size 52 which im 99% sure is going to be too long for me. It would be interesting to know of anyones actually had success fitting an Omnium to the FXE, I was under the impression they were the same frame but with a different fork and bottle/rack bosses. Unless the FXE is actually based on the old Pre Cursa frame?

So, for the record, has anyone managed to fit omniums to a pre cursa, either by spacers (not reccomended I know), or frame modification?
Alternatively, what other frames are out there in the same mould as the pre cursa i.e. cheap, utilitarian, attractive, good all rounder type frames that WILL take an omnium?

Yeh, the reach difference between 50/52 is minimal, the 50 would give me a bit more adjustment on cockpit height and a few mm less reach, the 52 gives a standard 73 degree head angle as opposed to the slightly awkward 72 on the 50. To be honest either would probably fit me with 5-10mm difference in stem length.
