Saddle has minimal use as it's just too wide for me. Bars have done few 100km with no marks.

@tmevans I've run it with 25s for the last year or so with decent clearance. There's currently >6mm clearance with 23s on, so potentially even 28s

SKS Longboards 45mm (decided to stick wider tyres on the pomp as a commuter)
Rear pannier rack / front pannier rack
Decent pannier/backpack/crossover e.g. Ortlieb commuter daypack / vario
Cheap chrome stem (pref with rise)

Which size are the mudguards? I'm tempted but will have a look around to see whether they're likely to fit. There's virtually no clearance for the rear
