Thanks for the measurement, that is useful to know. I'm surprised by your experience though. Since I switched to Orange Seal I have found it very effective - I have some nasty slashes in my tires that have been sealed without me even noticing them. My Jon Bons do sometimes lose a few PSI overnight though. Is that what you mean?
The grip blows me away too - going down wet, winding, 15% lanes in Exmoor covered in cowshit and fallen leaves without skipping a beat. I do find that they are very sensitive to pressure though - just a few PSI stray of 46 and I really feel it.

I'm planning a tour across Greece and the Balkans. I have a nice 20/24 semi-aero wheelset laced with CX Rays and hubs with great bearings. 1550grams. Am I asking for trouble?
I'll be running wide tires (38mm or larger) so I figure they will have a good amount of cushioning but, then again, I'll be riding some very rough roads. I've toured 8000+ miles and never had a broken spoke but I've never used such weenie wheels.

I am planning to ride the route from the Odyssey MTB race in a couple of weeks

Shimano Alfine dynamo hub laced to Mavic XM319 rims with Sapim Race spokes. I can also include a Shimano centrelock rotor. Some scratches to the paintwork and could probably do with truing. (I haven't used it in a while) but working fine.
Looking to trade this for a rim-brake dynamo wheel. I would also consider selling mine or buying yours.
*700c, I should have mentioned.

A bit late - but when I went from a 15mm internal width rim to a 19mm my 25mm labelled Veloflex Corsas went from a measured 23.5mm to 25.4mm. For me that would mean a pressure drop of about 15PSI so pretty significant, though granted it's a big step up in rim width. If you want wider tires then the best thing to do is obviously to buy wider tires.

Did those Stans Valor wheels get snapped up?
