Wheels are a minefield.
Anyone had any experience with Cosine?

looks like the ritchey for the same reach is 50g heavier:

This might not exactly be on bike - but cool women doing things to or with bikes...
Gorgeous bikes!

So far the cheapest 105 groupset I've found is from wiggle:

I'd love to do Ritchey matchy matchy but it gets pricey - no?
@amey - I am a bit skeptical of ali china? how do the DT Swiss compare to the Mavic Askiums?

First bike build. A Ritchey Road Logic. Going with a Shimano 105. I know I could spend ££££ if I wanted to (but I can't). I'd like to keep things reasonable but also have solid components that keep the weight down. Don't mind going with used components if anyone has any.
What do people recommend in terms of:
- wheels/tyres (£200-350)
- 27.2mm seatpost (<£75) - is carbon worth it?
- stem/handlebars/headset (need them to be shorter)
- pedals
Particularly looking for anything that is out there that is particularly good value.
Cheers and thanks.

thanks @pacef8 !
How do you know?
That's contrary to the information provided here: http://www.wiggle.co.uk/ritchey-wcs-road-logic-frameset/
(under Size Guide)I've had some female specific bikes: Trek Silque (52cm) and Cannondale (51). Hard to translate that when other things are involved e.g. stem, headset etc. I also have female hands, I guess :)

thanks @andyfallsoff!
I like to think of myself as an amateur. I can do most repairs. Gear indexing and bottom brackets I'm not so versed in. I'm sure I can cobble most of it together and leave the final bits to the bike shop.
Now to just figure out what size frame would suit. I am always in between sizes. :)

Frame arrived :)
