Rear braking surface has hardly been touched, the black paint has been worn off the front braking surface but otherwise it's fine .

What size is the alter stem?

It was just a random no-brand one that they gave me when I got the job. Not waterproof whatsoever, I just keep my phone in my pocket now

I think it might be a Peugeot UO 8, based on some of the detailing on the front of the head tube. Strange that someone would put some random Gazelle stickers on to it.

Slightly strange case here, I've had this vintage road bike for a few years now, assuming the stickers on the frame were correct and that it was a Gazelle, however now that I want to sell it, I can't find the serial number in the usual place under the BB. Can anyone help me work out where the frame is actually from? Thanks!
