oh rad. There's some cool old 1" steel stuff that pops up on eBay from time to time. I have an "Aggressor" stem from back in the day that has a lil US flag pantograph on it, for example. @MCamb is correct re: OD of different spacers and shimmed stems ime.

Re stems: worth looking into steel stems. Old GT stems are quite easy to find at co-ops, and have a nice integrated steerer clamp like the Thomson X4. Nitto and Sim Works also make a few nice ones. 'Course then you gotta get the steel or Ti spacers with the appropriately sized outer diameter, but.

user Orc on TarckBike forums built or modified those frames/racks. They're a person with a very strange fit and style, but always entertaining.

hmm I have some 2.5 downhill tires, I should test when I swap the fender hardware out. But I'd believe some 2.6s would fit; can't remember if the tires on there are the 2.15s or the 2.3s but they fit with tons of clearance, and the fender wasn't too tough to get in despite it being a co-op parts-bin thing off some low end cruiser.

Though I have ridden with the guy that owns that bike. Pretty good rider, surprisingly. Used to ride mtbs a lot which may be related to the strange position, idk.

As said it's a Crust fork. Would love to get it painted or powdered to match the frame at some point but whatev.

And yea aftermarket 26" disc forks are tough. Even this one is a tiny bit short on the axle-to-crown.

Spending some money on a crabon fork rather than a lot of the weird bling parts would make a lot more sense to me.

Also those may actually be the ugliest chainrings ever made. Look like they should be on a Walmart bike.

The Serotta is definitely more HH, but the Mosaic is pretty snazzy and, with a saddle swap, something I'd actually ride on roadie rides.
