if it helps @croft i found my left knee wandering around and foot twisting outward on the turbo and pain was developing from it, the movement didn't feel right to me at all because i know when walking my left foot tends to go pigeon toed.
I adjusted speedplay cleat to only allow pigeon toe rotation but still give it some float in that direction, knee stopped swaying and i felt better ever since.
All that said I've got a bike fit session on 30th and im half expecting a full pedal/cleat overhaul
will be prescribed as this is my first pro fit. -

@andyfallsoff
not worth while if you're happy with junction box hanging in standard spot below stem/garmin. Did your set not come with the stem clip and some small zip ties?
Any normal bar whether it has cable routing or not will do the job just fine. -
For free!? I suppose you can't complain, although you would want to eh.
Looking at his saddle to bar height he must be in quite an upright riding position compared to you no? Any aerogains on the factor bike can't make up for position.
What happens when he increases flexibility? Do factor sell those stems at all angels/lengths? Looks like a tough one to live with. -
They fit very nicely with a 1mm spacer. Actually, if your frame came sans any parts like spacers I might be able to help you out as I bought a bunch 'just in case', you can order parts via Evans too (actually it's the only way BMC will do it and sadly Evans add a very real chunk on top of each price)
As for brake difficulty, they are really challenging to get right, ensure you cable your rear brake through the correct side of the frame and keep the outer cable as short as possible. This might sound like I'm stating the obvious but the STI to V-Brake translation can be unforgiving. -
You asked about wheels for the BMC which aren't 404 pricey.
I just picked up a set of Parcours Passista with code 'RMNC10' (gives 10% off) for about £700 ish.
They are slightly wider and lighter than 404s, and with 25C GP4000s there's about 1mm of clearance on the seat post cut out on my TMR01. These are life savers, as my old zipps (pre 404) were narrow and shockingly unforgiving. As you can imagine this Frameset is pretty stiff so I recommend pursuing a bit of compliance/comfort wherever you can. -

Fucks sake, I do hope your partner isn't affected by this in the long term and can regain confidence.
A couple of people i know have had their mobile phones plucked out of their hands/from their ear near the mc donalds on city road by moped riders in the last couple of weeks, its happening so often now that they've put up posters to warn people of the crime. We're so close to the police station it's like they are performing it right infront of their eyes, unfortunately the area has so many exit routes there's nothing you can do to slow them down, they are putting up bollards to stop thru traffic but a moped can slip right through. -

I know what you mean re the sunglasses on the Rapido as i have this exact issue with my Kask Mojito which makes the whole setup uncomfortable.
Tried on loads of alternatives and the Protone / Evade/ Synthe all address this and do not have anything blocking the sunglasses arms.
