Fulcrum Racing 5 DB wheelset in good condition, never crashed, just some small scuffs from regular use. Wheels rune true and are a pretty solid build.
They're disc brake specific using the Shimano Center Lock system, and come with the Fulcrum specific lock rings. They come with front hub adaptors to fit QR, 12mm and 15mm axles, and rear hub adaptors for QR and 12mm axles. So basically, they'll fit any modern 700c bike with discs. The Pro One tires they come with are basically new, only ridden a handful of times.
£100 Collected from London E20. Shipping possible, at buyer's cost.

Cheap wheels for your beater bike project. They run true and bearings are good, bit tatty though.
Wheels come with a On-One SS kit fitted to the rear, but can take standard Shimano cassettes. Rear hub is an old school Shimano silent clutch thing, front hub is Italian. Both are QR, though they don't come with skewers. Tires are Continental City Ride "puncture protection" with a lot of life left in them. Rims have plenty of life left in them. Basically a nice set of beater bike wheels.

Cheap but nice pair of strong single speed wheels, used but in good nick.
Ideal for a workhorse city bike build, not exactly light but roll well. Sealed bearings front and rear and double walled rims with loads of life left in them, rear wheel has a flip-flop freewheel / fixed cog hub. Comes with a Schwalbe Pro One tire on the front and a DNP 17T freewheel on the rear.
£25 collected from London E20. No shipping on these.

Very nice fork in good condition, never crashed or been used to do 30ft drops.
There are some minor cosmetic scuffs from bike bags and a small leaning-the-bike-against-a-stone-wall scratch, but nothing that impacts the forks performance in any way. I've taken closeups of the marks in the photos to highlight them, but in reality they are not that visible and once the fork is fitted to your bike you simply won't see them.
It is labelled as a CX fork but I've been using it as a gravel and long distance "all road" fork. It's light and responsive with a nice amount of vibration absorption. The 395mm A-C height and 47mm rake were perfect for fitting this to my older road bike so that I could run 45c tires and have fun on the loose stuff. The steerer was professionally cut to 243mm, so plenty of length for most frame sizes, but do check yours before you buy.
