Sorry for the late reply, budget is below £200. If I could find anything that was machined for braking on both wheel surfaces that would be unreal! I've picked up a track frame drilled for both rear and front brakes.

Think I know the bike you mean; often tied up on Grosvenor street? Strange components but a Surly frame...possibly. I work v near Upper brook street and can think of one or 2 others.

Sorted a frame, stem and BB hit me up with any wheels of this description.
For a first build, so can be a bit rough around the edges.
