ex-colleague of my wife (who works in retail) now works at Rapha and says they have massive problems with unsold stock. They have that outlet store, but there's also tonnes of it just lying in storage because selling it off a
A common problem for most medium-high tier brands. I'm sure their new Bicester store will help clear some of the stock

Haha - I hear you Swedee, I hear you.
Used to also love the TMX which looks beyond ridiculous and unpractical for a teenager growing up in the burbs of North London!
Probably a re-post but this is a great article

As @edscoble says it is down to frame material, carbon vs alu.
I found this comparison article to be very informative (SuperSix EVO Hi-MOD vs. CAAD12)
https://cyclingtips.com/2017/01/cannondale-caad12-vs-supersix-evo-hi-mod-road-disc-bike-comparison-review/I had been lusting after a SuperSix but after reading the above think my next bike/frame will be a CAAD12

Reading the above it would seem that the easiest solution for turbo riding would be to leave the 11speed cassette on the turbo, replace my 10speed chain with a 11speed chain and adjust my rear mech to sit underneath the selected sprocket.
Bit of bother when I come to get back on the open road but perfect (or as near as I can make it without $$$) for the time being.

I think this is the right place to post but ¯_(ツ)_/¯…
My wife recently got a road bike with 11 speed 105. I’m still on 10 speed with both of us using my turbo whilst it’s so chilly outside.
I know that 11 and 10 speed chains/cassettes are not compatible but in the instance where they’re being used on a ERG turbo (Wahoo KICKR) where you don’t need to change gear during a session is it possible to use one with the other?
I suspect I know the answer but it’s a faff to continually change the cassette on the turbo so hoping there’s a working solution that stops me from making excuses!

Yup. Did a big shop when they did a 20% off earlier in the year and couldn't use the e-card along with the promotional code. They also don't accept them in store which is the biggest faff as I am close by so paying for postage seems a little unnecessary. My gift card is for £25 so I am sure it'd be much less of a problem if it were for a larger amount.
I assume you can buy and return to store but am not fully sure.

I got a gift card last year which I still haven't used. It's bit of a faff if I'm to be honest/picky (first world problems) as can't be used with other seasonal promotions (only 1 code can be entered per transaction) and e-gift cards aren't accepted in store (I'm next to the Spitalfields branch). I need to spend it soon though as they are only valid for a year.

Doing works to my own place and we have a similar middle of plan bathroom with no external walls/windows. Your duct run is similar to ours (length wise) and from my in-depth conversations with Vent-Axia and Nu-Aire is considered pretty long.
We ended up going for a Vent Axia ACM100 extractor fan which we paired with a speed transformer to boost when the light is turned on and a overrun timer to let the extractor fan run for a certain amount of time post light switch being turned off.
It is an absolute minefield so feel free to message if you need anymore information

Doing works to my own house and am currently installing a kitchen extractor hood to an island. The ceiling is low(ish) and I am keen to get the hood as high as possible to avoid headbutting it every time I am using the hob. The hood has the option to be installed as re-circulating or ducted and we have ducted it directly to the outside.
Am I correct in thinking that the vents circled below are for the re-circulating option and that with the hood ducted to the outside we can raise the hood as high as the outer sleeve will allow (453 + 46mm down from the ceiling). I know installing higher that the recommended height might not make the hood as efficient as it could be but it really is at prime head butting height. I have phoned Neff but they are as unhelpful as you would expect.

Bought from Apple mid-January 2015 through their 0% finance scheme (was bought over the phone rather than in a physical store).
Having a look at the 6 years Sale of Goods Act / Consumer Rights Act 2015 so will pop in over the weekend (fingers crossed).
Kboy – did they replace or give you a new phone?

Yeah, I know that’s the wisest thing to do but with their out of warranty repair service coming in at £276.44 was hoping someone would know what the likely problem was and how best to fix it. Obviously I’d void anything there is to void by doing the repairs myself but with it due to be replaced at the end of the year wouldn’t necessarily mind.
I'll try and take it in over the weekend and hope they feel my pain and are feeling generous!

My iphone6 has stopped working with the screen freezing and becoming unresponsive. If I force restart it I can maybe get a minute’s use before it happens again so I don’t think the problem is the screen and a factory restore has made no difference either. When I do a factory restore the screen usually goes grey with a horizontal line running across (does not look healthy) although I have also had blue and green screens. I haven’t dropped it and with the screen intermittently working I don’t think that is the problem although admittedly don’t have a clue.
Has anyone had a similar problem or know of any fixes or is it good for the bin? Ideally I’d like to do the repair works myself as don’t fancy dropping big money on a 2-year-old phone that will be getting replaced at the end of the year although at the same time can’t go on using my old iphone4 as feel like I’m typing on a business card and my eyes are already bad enough.
Help!
