I recently had a basic 'new bike' sizing check at Cycle Fit. I have also previously had a full fit at Cycle Fit, but that was 6 or 7 years ago. My new sizing is pretty similar to my old one, with the main differences being that my (slightly) reduced flexibility has shifted things like saddle setback, reach, and drop by small amounts. Both old and new sizings would still fall within the 'fit window' (as Phil Burt would say) of the same frame size. But I'm glad I checked as it has reassured me that I'll be getting the right size. Given the amount you'll spend on a new bike, a little extra on an updated fit is unlikely to be a bad investment, even if it gives you a similar answer to previously.

I think the sad truth is that he's an eternal local MP. Have you ever worked anywhere, and come across those institutionalised people who have always done what they do, and will never do anything different. There are lots of them around. Corbyn is exactly that kind of person, and is so very fossilised by his pedestrian history of minor league rallying and activism. As you say he's been an MP for 33 years, yet no-one had ever heard of him. What had he been doing all that time? It was an embarrasment watching him take over the leadership role last year. He didn't have a clue what to do, and was just bumbling around. I doubt he even realised how much of an amateur he was being, and that tragic lack of self-awareness (buoyed by his own prviate bubble) will be his downfall. The population at large will (rightly or wrongly) never put their trust in such a man, so he won't ever be elected.

Measure the following on your current bike (assuming you are happy with the fit):
1) Distance (i.e. the setback) from middle of B/B to front of saddle
2) Distance (i.e. the drop) from top of saddle to top of bars
3) Distance (i.e. a variety of 'reach') from tip of saddle to top of bars or back of STI lever hoodsYou should then be able to map those numbers across onto your new geometry with a bit of simple maths.

Here's a good collection of articles on the referendum from The Economist (also in PDF)

And a (thankfully short) summary of research from clever numbers people (IFS, NIESR and CEP)

Yes, Paul Waugh (Huffington Post political editor) talked about that in his news email today:
As for European migration, the English football fan invasion of Lille and Lens isn’t working out so well - and the Euro 2016 match with Wales may not take our minds off Brexit at all. In fact, one Labour insider has sent me a nightmare scenario for Remain, which is as follows: “We do badly against Wales. English fans kick off..UEFA gives us final warning…We only draw with Slovakia…England have to wait for results to see if they go through….Fans kick off…UEFA kicks us out…Brexit gets a 10-point boost”

Somewhat depressing if the claim that the attacker shouted "Britain First" has any substance...
