however, i stumbled across the Izumi Eco 1/8" Track/SS Chain during my research. It has a claimed weight of 260 grams.

just to clarify that - i wanna keep my drivetrain for now since i'm on a budget. i'm just looking to shave of a few grams here and there without spending too much.
i'm aware of the fact that switching to 3/32 is inevitable if i want to cut some serious weight from the build. and i will maybe do so in the future, but for now it's not on my agenda.

i know, but 3/32 is not an option at this point. wanna keep my existing chainring and freewheel. basically looking for lighter options than the standard 320/330g track chains...
