definitely! it goes along the lines of tallbikes, where's really no justification for those. But isn't that the real, genuine fun? here's an album of some crazy Russians on a fixed gravel ride. https://vk.com/gravelking?z=album-146494886_245829601

nah, it's not mine but it looks really nice. I ride vigorelli which shares the same fork. here's the pedalroom album

nah man, your drivetrain is considered as one set of brakes and the common EU legislature goes, that you need two. hence, you're good with a front brake only #ifyouridefixedofcourse

@Heldring yup, I see that. I'm in no way opposed to tapered headtube, nor discs. Either way, I assume that for the time being, I would use it mostly brakeless, fixed. Yet, the time may come, when I'll break the other collarbone or some, or try to ride something meaningful, when I may fulfill the braking potential.
And @Jaap, yeah, I'm aware of those, though I'm probably not willing to pay the appaling prices.
and @gillies I've tried google, but I'm still not sure what those are. -
Guys, are there any carbon gravel forks, that would be able to tackle up to 40mm tyres on 700c, QR, either with non-accentuated brake pivots (as the discontinued enve canti cx http://blog.artscyclery.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/IMG_7880.jpg) or flat mount?
What I have in mind, is basically a monster-track. Somewhere along the lines of mash work, but with slightly more clearance and carbon fork.
At the moment, the new whiskey no.7 road+ fork for use with the niche long calipers looks like a good option, but it can take up only up to 35mm. -
reading your rants, I found these. #childlabour #itsaliexpresscmon
That thing looks lovely, though I need it to work with this shit https://www.squidbikes.com/products/magic-tension-pf30-eccentric-bottom-bracket
which, I'm afraid it would not. Or am I wrong? Not exatly an expert on those standards.
