That's a big hit!
Once again my wheel came loose and spat the chain off. Id just tightened it 2 days ago when the same thing happened. Some how didn't bail round old st roundabout when it happened then kinda laughed it off. I need to see why it keeps doing it especially since i just tightened the bolts two days ago!

Riding to work and a girl comes out a side street exact same bike apart from pink Aventon writing instead of mine that's dark grey, and thought maybe I could get on for the missus and my chain then comes off as my back wheel has somehow come loose.
Then remembered that everything apart from the frame is a pos on this bike and i need to either sell it or spend some money and put all new parts on it.....

I'm pretty worried what will happen tomorrow. If we leave and due to a lack of votes because people didn't bother voting I'll be furious. If we leave because people think that it will fix this so called immigration issue I'll be furious. basically if we leave ill be furious.
My gf's sister said she might not vote because she doesn't want to vote wrong as she doesn't understand it. I told her to read up about it as its the single most important choice she will have to make.

As cool as RWB cars look they are just poster material in my books. I've owned alot of low cars and all of them handle like crap.
Boxter with patina would be cool. As much as people say they are a poor mans 911 (I used to) they are built very well. Either wack a turbo on it or hidden nos setup if you want to be super sneaky!
When I get a change Ill put some photos up of my old cars from NZ.

I'm a bit surprised. In places I worked if we had any complaints we had to investigate it straight away.
When I supplied temp drivers to Hovis 3 strikes and your out.
I would make a bit more noise and see what happens.
Also if you have the plate and location they can see what he was doing on gps at the time.

The problem lies in the fact that it is his profession and therefore should be at a high standard of driving. Much more so than someone with a class 1 or class 2 licence and had hired a truck to say move his furniture.
Anyone that is behind the wheel of a car as there job and causes an accident that is not outside of their control (aquaplaning for example) should get the book thrown at them no exceptions.
I also worked in transport for many years so I'm not just looking at this as a cyclist point of view.

From what I've heard if you go up before the trains run you can sneak up there? (its this point that I'm interested in) Could be risky but risky is fun isn't it?
Edit - I found this http://inrng.com/2013/09/roads-to-ride-puy-de-dome/ written 3 years ago so it could have changed!
I broke my back when I was 16 I'm going on 37 now. Swimming is what I found helped and core strength and not trying to push it. I thought getting back on a bike after years of not riding would not be great but I haven't had any problems yet. Maybe I'm lucky who knows.
Getting the correct diagnosis is the key though, without that you have no idea where to start. Plus sometimes it's not even you back that's the cause but often it's your neck.
