If anyone wants them I've got a pair of Assos T Fi.Mille s5 regular leg bibs - they were a gift but didn't fit. Road a sedate 20 mins to work and back and that's it. Think they are about £120 new, so £50? They have the blue dimpley pad. Ping me a PM if of any use.

Bontrager RXL stem, white, 100mm, 7dg. Few little chips, but v light. £5
Ritchey Pro handlebars. 42cm ctc. Lots of crap from tape but otherwise good. £5
Shimano Tiagra FC-4650 Compact 34/50T chainset (plus shit free pedals!). Great condition. £15
SRAM Apex 10spd RD. £5
Shimano Ultegra FD. £5
Ladies Bontrager affinity saddle, white. Bit grubby but otherwise great. £5
Ladies Selle Italia gel saddle, black. Great condition. £10
Selle Italia gel flow SLR saddle, white. Filthy and worn but structurally fine. Super light. £10
Madison Prime saddle, brown. Off a stock Croix de Fer. Never used. £10

SKS Bluemels mudguards, 35mm, black.Should take up to 28" tyres. Never used or taken out of packaging (bought for project that changed direction) £15
TT cockpit. This came on a frame I bought, but I had no need for any of the bits. It is a custom set-up the seller had made (not sure why he threw it in with the frame to be honest!). The base bar is a Pro Synop. Ski extensions are custom (as are the carbon aero spacers). SRAM S500 brake levers and SRAM 10spd/double TT500. Also have the original Pro Synop alloy S-bed extensions. Can't vouch for the functioning of the levers/shifters but previous owner said it was all working fine. £30 all in.

Meant to be racing the Bedfordshire CC event on 11th June. Was meant to be F15/10 but now moved to F5C/10 due to road works. Anyone got any idea what this course is like? Can't find much on it and no course map on CTT website. Cheers!

About ten watts higher yesterday, but I've massively overhauled my position which has worked well. It definitely sounds like it's your power meter!!

Managed at 53:20 on H25/2 yesterday. Pretty pleased with position now (although there's another 10 watts I'm not getting down) so onto bike upgrades now! Front of my bike looks like the back of Medusa's head, massively need to sort the cabling. Might do a Skinny and drill the P2. Also disc (borrowed one for yesterday) and deeper front would help.
Meant to try and find Ed and Ewan to say hi but had to leg it to a Christening the minute I finished! Well done on the hour Ewan - smashed it!

Just managed to pick up a bargainous Zipp Super 9 clincher disc. Any ideas for a quick tyre on that? Running an 808 with gp 4000 up front which tests well but had a tub on the back previously so now in unknown territory. Thanks!
