@VeloSurMer that does look like a genius bullitt solution to the front end blockage.
Here’s another pic of a stacked omnium:)

hi @pollofritto are you still looking? I may have what you are looking for.

I’m also 5’9” and ride an Arkose medium. Stock short stem and setup also road bike style with a low front end (saddle is also cranked forward). Think I’m almost between sizes and I sometimes reckon I could have gone with a Small as it is a long bike, but in the end I do definitely think M is more my actual size. I’m don’t feel too stretched out on it at all.

Damn that’s lovely. Congrats to the new owner. What was the size?
Congrats @BernardRenault

@BernardRenault yeah fantastic bike, looks killer!
It looks like the identical frameset as mine: Columbus SLX, exact same pantos, and almost same chroming. Just a different paintjob & decals (mine are non original). From what I’ve learned it’s a Somec Air from around 86’, but let me know if you know any different :)

@BernardRenault looks amazing, congrats. Post more pics when you can, looks like the same fork as mine - such a beaut!
Bars now fixed and feel wayyyy better, both when riding the tops (funnily enough) but also when hands are in the drops. Cheers guys (admittedly an idiot mistake on my part)../
-
Amazing, Somec twins. Yep almost the same bike, slightly different fork but yeah the rest very similar.
@Lolo thanks that looks great. Compact flat-tops might be the one to try next

Once you get used to the omnium cargo (which doesn’t take long) you wonder how you ever got along without it. Amazing bikes, love mine to bits.
