I've finally got my pomp set up with drops and i am also glad to now be stopping with avid single digit 7 v brakes, rather than tektro cantis.

The vaya fork has a slightly longer axle to crown than the pomp forks and a 50 mm offset unless you specifically ordered a 45mm offset fork. Considering the slight slacking in head angle, how does this affect the handling of your pomp?

What sort of riding do you do? I have been using 45 psi in the front and 50 psi in the rear of the 33mm clement mxp while in the woods it is buttery and grippy while still being stiff enough. I weigh 68kg.

Hello! This is my first post. I am just getting familiar with the il pompino after about a month together. I took my first ride in this pictured configuration yesterday with brand new clement mxp tires. I bought a complete bike that was set up for city street riding and replaced the silly narrow flat handlebar with a Soma Clarence i had on the shelf, fresh mavic open sport rims front 32h shimano 105 qr hub / rear origin8 36h track hub, 22 tooth freewheel to complement the existing 42 tooth crank, pedals donated from my mountain bike, and clement cloud dream grippy tires. I ride this bike For quick trips, for fun rides, and now for riding trails! It is a heck of a lot lighter than my mountain bike or touring/commuting rig! Climbing dirt trails is easier on this bike than my mountain bike as long as the roots aren't too big!
