Thank you for the tips, I have my english friend was on the case now it's fixed.

I've started making some saddle mudguards as I found that other brands don't fit well on the saddle and just flap around too much. So I made my own without the same problems and now 5 months later I have a product which has been tested by 50 people and is market worthy IMO.
