You've waited a long time for this! My Dad used to race in the late 40s and early 50s and they were quite a good quality Italian frame builder. He won a race in London sponsored by them and got given a nice frame in 1949- will attempt to load picture. They had a race team and one of there riders who is pictured giving my Dad his prize frame was called Italo Joly.
They had adverts in the various old race programmes of that time.
