  @hats i still have my route from Granada to Sevilla somewhere if you fancy going that way, first part is fun but there where 2 flat bits with a fair bit of traffic that where less nice

  down to Malaga through Alhama de Granada is really nice i'd take a different road back up though , and i honestly dont remember how i did it :/

  there is a really nice bike coop in Granada some people should know some nice routes around ! =)

  re putting more oil in HSCV or similar coil sprung marzocchis

  this is a bit late, but you can adjust the progression with the oil level, so yes more oil=less bottoming out! which gives you the chance to put slightly higher viscosity oil too to get a bit more compression damping!..

  you should be able to get dried beetle poop/crushed beetle from a woodworking supply place or maybe even a pharmacy or a luthier
  if you cant find a ready made lacquer there anyway, you can then dissolve it in alcohol..

  i'm sure there is some other nice way to coat it then shellac too..

  PS: italian for shellac appears to be gommalacca

  the most modern and efficient Methods. THIS INCLUDES PECULIARITIES
  WHICH NEED TO BE OBSERVED FOR MOUNTING

  Your new braze on mech clamp is a two piece construction. Mount it as
  shown in the illustration. First tighten the screw at the front
  deraillleur. The clamping area on the frame has to be clean and free of
  grease. The maximum clamping torque of the Derailleurscrew is 5NM ,
  the max torque of the clamping screw NM

  so yea the torque for screw number two is actually missing .. unless it is printed in the picture part?

  What about setting the tension on the headset with a seatpostclamp and running a 1" quill stem with a shim
  apart from the looks...
