  Found some info in the end so I ll just update this post

  "Hi, my name is dave rimmer i set up corrado with dave lloyd and ste webster in 96 or 97 we were the frame builders for cougar cycles."

  Then I sent an Email to the guy and this is part of the answer

  "Hi Boris
  If it is one our original frames it would have been a custom built frame and built in Liverpool, and would have been built somewhere between maybe 96-99."

  Feels kind of cool to locate one of the guys who built your bike
  This is the update on my build so far - saving up for some new parts

  Hey

  I bought this bike on Ebay and its truly amazing but I cant find any info on Google - Exept for that taiwanese site and I shot them an email just in case Corrado Titanium Co,.Ltd.

  I m looking for any info - maybe a contact
  All I know is that it was built in Liverpool and its maybe 15 years old...

  Serial is 1262
