Sorry all, I have now edited the title of this classified to the correct model.

To confirm, this is a Islabikes Reis 700 - track only bike.

    The current gearing is 16-44

This gives a rollback distance of 5.74 which is acceptable for anyone in U10 and upwards (current BC youth gear restriction rules).

FTR, my son raced with different gearing. I think I'd reverted this bike to it's original (Islabikes) gearing when I built up his newer bike.

Well, dibs aren't of much value unless backed up by a confirmation of intent. So, all still up for grabs by whoever wants to make an actual move.

    That's fair, right?!

This was lovingly refurbed for my son from an old steel Pinarello Treviso road frame. Neatly removed cable lugs, tidied up and professionally resprayed in an attractive, slightly metallic black. Nice original chromed (not-rechromed) chain stay. Correct decals applied and laquered. Sadly a couple of small scratches spoil an otherwise beautiful frame. I'd bought the Reynolds 531 steel forks seperately and had them rechromed and correct new decals applied.

It was built into a track bike - not legal for the velodrome because of the BB height of a regular road bike, but perfectly useable at Herne Hill (OK, probably not legal there either, but speak to my lawyer), which is where it saw its only action - only used two or three times there before my son quit cycling. 46-16 gearing. Front ring, rear ring, chain, cranks, BB and headset all basically brand new when bike was shelved in 2018. Dry-stored since.

Handlebars are basic track bars, thrown in. Rear wheel included. No saddle or pedals included. FRONT WHEEL NOT INCLUDED.

I'm going to say 'sold as seen' as I've lost the will to spend any time servicing or buffing up for selling. As I left it, and as seen in a basic check-over just now, it looks to be in fine working order. However, if you're buying this bike, it's probably going to be for the frame and forks for you to build something wonderful. I love this bike but time to say goodbye as I need the space.

Currently sitting near Wimbledon, London. I'm happy to show it off to anyone keen to see it and test-ride before committing to buy (can build up to rideable state for test ride if required).

I'm looking for £400 for a nicely refurbed steel frame Pinarello and Reynolds forks.

Here's my son's old Islabikes Benin Track bike. Been used extensively at Herne Hill and raced well by a dedicated tallish 12y/o. A great starter bike on the cheap.

I'm going to say 'sold as seen' as I've lost the will to spend any time servicing or buffing up for selling. I need the space more than the money. Currently sitting near Wimbledon, London. I'm happy to show it off to anyone keen to see it and test-ride before committing to buy (you'll see that same wording in all of my current adverts).

Hopefully the pictures tell you the story, but if you'd like any specific info then ask away.

    I'm looking for £50.

I have a few bikes that have been gathering dust in my garage for some time and I've finally admitted to myself I'm unlikely to return to the track - hence the sale.

Fuji Track Pro, 61cm frame. I'm a leggy 6'2" and fits me just fine with height to spare if needed.

Good, solid entry level bike. Not gonna win any titles, but has served me well for getting going on the track. (Pedals not included).

This well-behaved old girl needs a new home where she'l be ridden. Last ridden by me around 2018 at Herne Hill and always dry stored. Hasn't been touched in terms of upgrades/replacements since new, so still as per original spec. Carbon-composite forks. Loved and well cared-for while in use. As far as I know it's still in fine fettle, but I'm going to say 'sold as seen' as I've lost the will to spend any time servicing or buffing up for selling. I need the space more than the money.

I'm looking for £200, which I think is a good price. I've been out of the cycling loop for some time, so if you think I'm taking the piss on price, let me know.
