Bought something from their eBay that was meant to be a 15x100 Hope Pro 4 front hub. The listing said that, the invoice said that, but both the box that I received and the part inside said 15x110. I contacted them and they said that that was the correct part they shipped, as the number on the box matched the invoice despite it being patently obvious that it was wrong. Offered a discount for me to keep the hub, which of course would be impossible to fit. I don't think they give a toss what they send out.
Previously received multiple parts from them that had clearly been returned, had customer's details inside the package and it was for instance a RHS rear brake inside rather than the expected RHS front brake. I can only assume someone has bought the item, returned a cheaper rear brake and got a full refund so technically getting the correct part for the price of the US spec one.

The original 2011 commuters lasted me around 5 years, the later redesigned ones lasted less than a year. I think as mentioned earlier they were actually too good a product and Levis stopped it.
Have a pair of the SWRVE cordura jeans and they have held up, but they look terrible because the dye has worn away even though the fabric is still fine.
