Hello,
I bought a BLB Blevers Crosstop Lever Set, with this a brake cable with pear. But the cable doesn't fit, so I want to drill the feedhole to accomodate the neck of the pear. Is this a production error, or do I use the wrong cable?

We have at home an old SKS pump, which is I think 25 years old. We never changed anything, and it still works perfect. We use it as well for the motorbike, it's great. In the day it wasn't very cheap, but well we used it a lot, so don't buy rubbish!

So away from the badges, it's only a trend of the newer bikes? -
I was just wondering, because I never see colnago/ pinarello/ bianchi with a headtube badges...

Some Bikes do have a riveted badge on their headtube. Does this effect the stability of the headtube?
Most bikes have a drilled headtube where the other tubes join the headtube, but doesn't have any effect on the headtube, because there are the top and down tube connected with brazzing or welding.
For any experience or ideas I would be very grateful
