I'm looking for a cheap & small road bike frame sized 48-51cm (ideally 49cm center to center) for a single speed conversion for my gf, preferably steel, don't mind if a bit rusty.

If you could also measure the vertical and horizontal tubes (centre to centre) I can make sure it's a good fit.Cheers!
