It is not elegant. That is for sure. But to me it has a sort of industrial charm.
Changing it out is on the list of things to do though. Budget dictates it is low down the list.

Took the new Midnight Special for an all-terrain shakedown ride exploring the edge-lands and edges-of-golf-courses beyond Croydon on Saturday.
It was the most fun I've had on a bicycle in ages as I skittered and slipped across what was most certainly not gravel.
Some parts on are temporary whilst I work out the fit (potentially lowering font end and shortening stem slightly), gearing (need more) and not so patiently continue sourcing parts 2nd. hand (considering Ritchey Classic Venturemax bars, classic stem and seatpost).
The big win for me is that it seems I have managed to successfully set up TRP HY/RD discs and tubeless tyres for the first time.

Do you have any images of the Venturemax and levers from above? Wondering if the bars mean the hoods are rotated inwards and if I should size up a little from my normal bar width.
