Hi
I am doing a small clear out of the shed, and have a few items that might be of use to someone. All the parts come from my last bike, which died awhile ago, so not sure of all the details. Let me know if you are interested. Pick up from Waterloo or Surrey Quays.
Seat Post: length about 14 cm, diameter ~20mm (not accurately measured)
Rear Wheel: Taurus RMX 5014 700cc, flip flop hub
Hub: Novatec front wheel -
A little wear but not a huge amount. Still plenty if use let. They have been dibs'd but still awaiting collection / delivery

Do you guys have coaches? If not, where are you getting your training plans? Ed, I've not seen the alternating training like that before. What is the idea behind it?
