In order to apply for a residency an American friend of mine had to ship some sketchbooks to the Royal Drawing School in Hackney and now they are basically dumping the responsibility on her for picking them up in the next two days. I no longer live in the UK so I can’t get them myself and she’s having a lot of trouble finding a courier service that will accept payment from a US credit card.
She just needs them taken across town, where a co-worker can bring them home for her, can anyone recommend a courier that would work with her? Or alternatively could anyone pick them up and bring them to Canary Wharf? She would be perfectly happy to PayPal someone!

May reminds me a little of Merkel and her handling of the financial crisis. To me it seemed as though she was desperate just to make as little a splash as possible and to hold on to power for herself and her party, while others applauded her ‘masterful gamesmanship’ even as the southern countries went to hell. I’m sure @Oliver Schick will tell me I’m misremembering my misperception...
(The best take I’ve heard recently on Trump is that he will never go to jail because he’s a rich white man, which is right on the money sadly.)
