Nah, I don't think so.. The tubing is Reynolds, I don't know if cinelli was used on that, but as far as I know polish factories didn't use them in the 80's.

I changed bearings in rear hub in August 2015, and used the bike very rarely since then. Front hub doesn't need any maintenance now. I dismounted the headset few days ago, cleaned the bearings and put new grease. The bike is just ready to go.Price: £500 - shipping included

I'm trying to find diameters of tubes in Cannondale Track 1993 frame. Also I am wondering if all of them are round or oval or so.

Reynolds tubing
The set consists of:
frame
fork
headset - Campagnolo Record Aluminium (after cleaning, new grease)
seatpost (IMO italian but not Campy - no logo - 26,4 mm)
bottom bracket 110 mm (fits Campy crank. The bearings are still good, but it's been used)
I've been using it for a year as a commuter. I'm now building a new project so this one is for sale.
