    Hi,

I have for sale my Ribble 525 58cm frame complete with CSN Blackstorm Winter carbon forks, with which it came as stock.

The frameset is in very good condition. It is about 1 and a half years old and has seen under 500 miles of riding in this time. I have been to Brighton on it once (60 miles), done approx. 60 miles in Richmond Park, and around 300 miles of bits and bobs in London and around Oxfordshire. The frame has some small marks here and there - the only spot of any significance is on the headtube where the cabling has marked the paintwork on the left hand side. Other than this the frameset is cosmetically very good, and functionally spot on. I am selling it because I bought the bike complete and found the frame too large. I have now stripped the bike and completed a new build around a smaller frame :)

The frameset will come complete with Ribble headset, CSN Superleggera front derailleur clamp (not pictured), and CSN Superleggera seat clamp.

Links to the frame and attendant fork can be found here:

As can be seen from the links above, 525 frame and fork cost just shy of £250 from the online Ribble store.

I am looking for £160 ONO.

Collection can be arranged from Caledonian Road near King's Cross.

    Dear all,

I have just started working for a new start-up, which specialises in delivering premium restaurant food to customers. Currently the company works near-exclusively off the services of scooter and motorbike riders who deliver orders. However, we are interested in using bikes in central areas of London.

All you need to work with us is a smartphone (iPhone or Android) and a bicycle that we can attach a rack and delivery box to. We are keen for our riders to use hybrid/mountain bikes predominantly (to provide a smooth ride).

Pay is £7 an hour, plus tips. Tips vary, but while riding I have generally made around 10% of my salary again.

You do not need to be an experienced courier, although this will help your application.

Anyone interested, please get in touch either here, or on my email at nbennettjones@gmail.com

    All the best,
    Nick

    Hi,
I have a 58cm Ribble Steel 525, which is a really nice looking frame and which rides very smoothly, but which regrettably I bought too big for me :(

I happen to know that it is significantly longer than the 58cm Allez, because I owned a 2010 58cm Allez which fitted me perfectly and which I loved until it was stolen. So unless there's been significant changes to the geometry between 2010-2012 (do you know if there has been?) then definitely your bike is smaller than mine.

But I would rather swap framesets than entire bikes...
