^^^ lidl I think have or will have very soon their cycling sale with their pretty well reviewed repair stands for £30
Probably ok value but obviously mixed reviews on these cheaper ones (less than ideal or loosening clamp & generally not too robust). Also, having saved on tools in the past I've learned to rather save on something else.
[Tacx Spider Team T3350][quote=drøn;4164455]I'm in the market for one of these as well.
Why this one over park tools? the price is quite similar.

Just finished my first build on the stand last night and can feel the difference in my back for not having to crouch around a bike for hours. The stand handled very well, obviously not completely frozen when putting some torque on things but generally very stable and easily adjustable.
Been without a proper repair stand for way too long. Did some reading and decided to splash the cash on one of these on sale at Merlin. Unboxing, set-up and first impressions are good, we'll see how it holds up.
Hi! Long-time lurker from Finland here. Finally managed to join and hope to be able to contribute. I travel to and through London frequently for business.

No reason really. Tacx had me convinced years ago with one of their most ingenious bike tools ever.
