Hello all
I need to make some space and I am therefore putting my Specialized up for sale. I still have original receipt/manual from June 2013 when I bought it from new for £550. It's in good condition, never been crashed but it has been used so expect the usual scrapes/scratches - no dents or anything major though (see pic of Top Tube attached that shows some light scratching).
Recently had a full service with new chain/cassette fitted. It's got the Shimano 2300 groupset.
Upgrades wise, it's got:
Fulcrum Racing 5 wheels which have only seen about 200 miles use (the original set were faulty and were replaced under warranty - by the time I got them back I had ordered a Canyon and have hardly used this bike since that arrived!) These were over £200 alone and come wrapped in Conti GP4000 tyres with loads of life left
It also has a Selle Italia saddle (cost about £80 - very comfy)
Tifosi Carbo seat post (about £40)
Swiss Stop Brake pads (nearly new)
Shimano pedals (MTB type)
Elite Bottle cage x2Would make an ideal fast commuter, winter trainer or very capable first bike for a novice.
Need this gone this week ideally so priced to sell at £275

Hello all. I'm a relative newbie to cycling in general - i've had a specialized allez for about 6 months and got the bug big time so decided to build up an 80's Batavus Professional SS for round town too. Will post pics once the project starts moving.
