My name is Bill Corbett and live here in Los Angeles, Ca. I came down from Canada in the late 80's and continued my Track bike collection. I've had about 100 track bikes ranging from the 1890's to about the 1970's. I'm also a collector of the very early Stayer bikes.
I'm really looking forward to being a part of the LFGSS group and finding some more track stuff. I am looking for an Ellis Briggs ( nervex lugs ) from the early 70's that needs restoration and will post a wanted ad for that soon.
I would add pictures of my collection, but can't seem to add pictures from my files. It says to add a link number or ???
You should be able to get to my blog here if you want to see some vintage track bikes:

Hello all from the U.S ….. Thought I would start a search for an Ellis Briggs track frame from the early 70's with a semi sloping fork crown. It must have NERVEX lugs and in need of a restoration. Sizing would be about 53 - 55 cm or about 21 inch approx.
I'm trying to replicate a bike we had back in the day and relive those childhood days… if you know what I mean! We had it when I lived in Canada and the bike went for a repaint and suddenly disappeared from the painter. Basically stolen and nothing was really done about it. I would love to find another one that I can restore back to its former glory. I have all the original decals to replicate the bike - just need to find a near identical frame.
Cheers and looking forward to seeing whats out there …

Some may already know me from my Vintage Track Bike blog as I have collected for over 35 yrs. I've had over 100 early track bikes from the 1890's to the 1970's. I'm new here to the forum and really looking forward to communicating with all the other trackies!
