Interested. Is the 54cm measurement c-t-c or c-t-t?

Thanks. My shortish legs make fit a little tricky (I'm all torso I think) whatever my next bike ends up being I'd prefer it had a slightly shorter seat tube but with this same top tube length. That said the saddle can probably come up a few mm. The plush saddle isn't helping either (more plush than I need to be honest).

The bars can be dropped alot but I can't do that until I replace the original headset as it has about 1.5cm of spacers on it (pic attached). Gross, I know, but i just havn't gotten around to it. I'll probably start there.

Hi, new the forum and London. Had this for a while and have been riding as you see it. Late 90s Pinarello Stelvio, black with subtle sparkle paint, Campy Athena 11s. As it's my only road bike right now thought maybe I'd try modernizing it a bit for this spring. Really want new wheels (campy Zondas/Neutrons?, something handbuilt?) as the current ones are boat anchors. Really could use a new headset as it still has the original Shimano 600 with ugly extra spacers but couldn't be fucked to change it as of yet. Also been long thinking of trying a Columbus Minimal Carbon fork with a CK threadless headset that I have handy and maybe try a modern cockpit (Deda/3T compacts?). Any thoughts, suggestions, hate welcome!
