  To sum up, the night was still good fun meeting up with good mates; Josh in mind.
  Cock up's happen and are a part of life and on the night Rob was a deserved winner and a good racer.

  He also came second in the lcef Halloween race, winning a nice track frame.

  OK, this is the breakdown and it's not pretty because of a chkpt malfunction at Dorset sq en route Plender nw1. The first four to reach Cloudesely never actually went to Plender and so were disq;

  Will
  Sam
  Sam{f}

  Frank came into Cloudesley fifth, did all chkpoints but was disq on a technicality, basically failing to do the stupid lap of Dorset and so therefore lost the win on that,

  Rob Thomas came into Clouds sixth, did all the chkpts and the lap and so by default was declared the winner.

  Damien, Yarik, Jamie came into Clouds but have to ascertain whether they did completed the the race in full so they can podium.

  The race kicked of post nine which was a bit late in my view.
  I will suggest that the next one should have amanifestfor the chkpts, this will
  alleviate any confusion.

  I am up for it already and thinking of the podium!
  The change in chkpt format should be interesting.
  Gonna be wearing my Black Armband and I encourage everyone present to do so.

  I bombed out with a puncture after the 2nd chkpt on embkt and so opted for a dnf rather than tailending, therefore not so much 'carving' , however the night was still a blast for one and all.

  Jordans 3rd win in 7 races and he also gave half of the prize to the LCEF...again!
  Damien's 2nd podium in 3 races, Sam's 2nd 4th in 2.
  The side of Ham was huge and should keep Will in sandwiches for months!!!!!
