I'm just under 6ft 2 but have seat up about 3-4" and using all the spacers on headset so could come down alot. Are you in a hurry to get a bike? When bikes back could send photos maybe meet a hour from here at Tiverton train station.

I'm in croyde, North Devon. Just cycled it from here to Bordeaux but flew home and friend it driving it back next week. Can send photos next week only have photos now with me and panniers on it. Was serviced before ride and went perfectly. Without saddle i would want £675

Surly Long Haul Trucker 60cm touring frame and forks, a couple of years old, been used so expect some marks but nothing drastic
Hope sealed headset with canti hanger and loads of spacers to get your position just right
New Brooks B17 on a Thorn seatpost
Compact 44cm bars, Tektro levers with Shimano bar end shifters (9 speed but using on friction due 10sp cassette)
Shimano Deore chainset (MTB gearing) and front mech
105 rear mech with larger spread Sram 10sp cassette 11-32t
Hand built 36 spoke wheels, Shimano hubs onto durable Mach 1 rims
SKS cromoplastic full length mudguards
Brand new Schwalbe Marathon Plus 32mm
Tektro Oryx cantilever brakes
Blackburn rear rack has seen some action but solid enough
