I visited The Castle last night, Lord that place was rammo-ed, like a Chippendale's Jockeys. It was good to find a spot to work on my Yoga though, after a solid 30minutes of climbing it's good to work out those hotspots with some Ashtanga moves. The cafe upstairs was good, with a nice range of healthy foods and a bubbly young lady who I have no doubt would climb very hard indeed.
Also, is Avon near to the mythical Peak district? I have visited on a fact finding mission and saw some very large graffiti which might have been about pirates. Maybe you could see this from your vantage point above, Endomondo

Could the controller CPU thing in the autocar be hacked to exceed the speed limit by an acceptable 5mph and to drift round every corner? I'd like to recreate the fast and the furious on every shopping trip. How about a 20% reduction in care of others in order to save 25% travel time? There'll be an app for that eventually

Back home I used to spank my ass at people, in a kinda 'kiss my ass' manner, since arriving in these lands I've discovered that this gets confused with an advert for Iceland the frozen food specialists (not the country, gee, that would be a bizarre marketing campaign, 'Visit The Arctic Tundra, Get Beat By A Coke Fiend')
Instead I do a little wiggly dance at my would-be assailant. Waving my voluminous ass side to side like a randy bee. This is both insulting and shocking, and firmly puts them in their place.

I'd like to see that security officer who is not a cop take me on. Lord I'd show him a thing or two. There's not a man in the world who could keep me from carrying out some serious hard yoga moves when I'm riled. I'd lay down on the ground and let that get all up in his grill. A downward dog whilst carrying out some moderate breathing exercises would have him confused and alone before my killer finishing move of a simple and yet effective Tree Pose. It's not the pose itself, but the progression from one to the next that mesmerizes and defeats a foe.
I'm running a workshop in Birmingham near 'The Peak District' in 3 and a half weeks, come join me for more information
