James, Provided that the rust is superficial, and that there are no bends or frame damage to any of the threads or tubes, I would like to buy this frame from you for the 190 that you are asking powder coated. I would need you to tell me how much shipping would be to the U.S. I am pretty new to these forums, and would like to try to work out the details and finish the transaction through private email if possible. I am not sure if there is a provision here in these forums to do that. I assume I can pay with PayPal?
