  You cant take them out! They hold the dropout ends to the frame. You just loosen them slightly And than adjust the rear wheel in a straight line to the front wheel and aus close as possible to the seat stay. Please leave a "Finger" of space, because the rim and tube need some space to move on up.

  Well, they are for adjusting the rear wheel, so You Need some fresh ones. Same Problem likewise the rubber grommits, available only in Italy ( Original ones) or You go to Wall Mart😆
