  I've noticed that a lot of people are finding these rims a little difficult to get at a decent price. This chap;

  I've just ordered some and I recently had some Chrinas off him and they were only £14 each and built up lovely. He does s/s d/b spokes for 20p each as well, but not in every size, I'll have to go to Spokesave for mine (£6.75 + £1.99 post for 36).

  It's most likely that the bearings are loose; Remove the wheel and check for play in the axle, if so tighten the cups as in any normal hub. I found this very comprehensive if you need to go deeper; http://www.bicyclehub.co.uk/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=31&Itemid=105

  The only permanent solution is to prep the metal exhaustively, treat any rust on the inside with prussic acid and apply a durable coating. Helps to have a friendly powder coater, I've seen many poor jobs done for real money. This was a mess when I got it from the tip;
