Dawes Mono singlespeed or fixed gear bike for sale in excellent condition. The bike's probably done less than 200 miles- I bought it on a whim (mountain biker and trials rider usually) but just haven't used it. The frame has a couple of tiny scratches and chips from moving it around in the garage but overall in virtually new condition!

It has a flip flop hub so can be run singlespeed or as fixed and will come with both options. Pedals are shimano spds though if they're no use I'll whip them off and knock £15 off.

The Reynolds 520 chromoly frame is lightweight but extremely stiff, accelerates brilliantly and extremely responsive, complimented by the carbon forks.

The frame is a 53cm version- I'm 6' and it fits me perfectly with plenty of leeway either way.

Looking for [B]SOLD /B](these retail at something like £649- I paid something like £425) but certainly open to sensible offers so do send me a message.

    Rough spec:

    Frame: Reynolds 520 road geometry
Fork: Alloy Stem with carbon blades
Chain: KMC K810 for single speed
Freewheel: ACS single speed 18T and come with 18T fixed sprocket as well
    Front Hub: Alloy 32 hole
Rear Hub: Alloy 32 hole flip flop sealed bearing
Rims: Alex DA22 Black with CNC sidewall
    Spokes: 14G steel
    Tyres: Schwalbe Lugano
    Chainwheel: Sugino RD2 Messenger 48T
    Bottom Bracket: Sealed cartridge
Brakes: Tektro dual pivot alloy caliper
    Brake Levers: Tektro road lever
    Pedals: Shimano spd

So do you have a carbon frame that needs 'rawing' or are you looking to buy one that can easily be made bare?

Horrible. I use this road every day to get to work and can't understand from the positioning of the car what could have happened. Condolences to the Toffees family and friends.

Agreed-bike fits have always been a bit of a black art in my mind but that's good to see.
