With compact frames you should worry more about effective TT than seattube.
Didn't Tommmmmmm own a pomp and he has what a 36" inseam?I am just worried that i wont be able to have my saddle height high enough without putting too much pressure on the frame whereas i can always put a large stem on the bike to make up for a short tt.

hi everyone, just a quick question regarding the sizing for the Pompino frame.
I am aware that the Pompino is a "compact frame" however i have compared the frame measurements of an xl pomp to a 57cm Trek Madone and the Pompino is a smaller frame (marginally).
I want to build one up however i am 6ft4ich and i wouldn't buy a 57ich Madone so i cant get my head round buying an xl pomp which is a smaller frame even though On One say the xl frame will fit people up to 6ft 4inch.
Can anyone offer me some advice or shed some light in the area, help will be much appriciated. thanks
Thanks for the help guys, going to order an xl pomp this weekend, will post a pic when im finally finished with the build.
