Sanctuary Vegan is great , the fish and chips are amazing too it even comes with a seaweed skin on the faux fish it's hard to tell it's not fish . Having said that I find it hard to go past the Hippo Rampage burger every time I go .
The raw cheesecake is good too .
The atmosphere is very relaxed you can bring dogs and BYO and it's not too pricey . -

Here's a very comprehensive guide to Deadlifing by Greg Nuckols it's as good as anything out there online and will answer any of the questions people on here might have . Check out his Bench and Squat guides too he puts out really good stuff tested in the real world and backed by science as he's a bit of a nerd .

I've been using an app called 10% Happier for about three weeks now and I really like it , they offer a free weeks trial and you can still access a fair amount of material after that with guided meditations from people like Joseph Goldstein , Sharon Salzberg and Jon Kabat Zinn .

Also Seeking the Heart of Wisdom the Path of Insight Meditation by Joseph Goldstein and Jack Kornfield is a book I found useful .
