Rarely post here but have just been offered a chance to build a SLX lo pro frame from scratch!
Keeping the make etc secret but will show it here with high res photos once done.
Due to lack of budget (200 quid max, any leftover will be donated to this site) it will be a single speed or fixed lo pro but defo using proper gears as I am gonna really be pushing its limit once finished.So am trying to look for the following-
1x front wheel 650c (or can do a set with a rear 700c, will be great if skewers, tires and tubes included)
Willing to pay 65 posted for a decent working front or 120 for set?Possibly-
Brakeset - Something that will fit and runs well
Crankset - Not sure what sort of BB on it yet so...Anybody?
Hello, got a 2012 Shimano R501 rear wheel (brand new but de stickered)
Just needs truing as used once for truing practice.
Got a 2013 Mavic Aksium front too
Which the spokes and bearing is brand new but rim suffers from small accident so bent.
Ya can rebuild em with a new rim.
Both for 60 quid if ya want em (collect from Bristol)
