We've moved into a flat that comes with a shared storage area in the basement, it's permanently at 70% humidity, is that too high for bikes to live in?

Anyone knows if the tension springs for avid shorty ultimate can be bought separately, or if there are any alternatives that would fit, I could do with a new set and the only thing I've found is the whole replacement set: https://www.bike24.com/p2134406.html
